2024 Women’s Conference Recap
The 2024 WOW conference highlighted women from across the insurance landscape, featuring Andrea Sturmer, CEO of Zurich Austria. We heard stories of those who overcame hurdles in their careers to achieve success and break through barriers. Successful agency owners, executives, and district managers shared wisdom through our panel discussion, and Raul Vargas, CEO of Farmers, shared stories from women who influenced his life and career.
2023 Women’s Conference Recap
The East Territory Females United Network hosted the “WOW” (Women of Wisdom) Conference in Sevierville, TN in October 2023. Agents, District Managers, and Agency Staff from all three territories had the opportunity to learn from successful women leaders from many different backgrounds, centering on a theme of “charting a course” through times of change and uncertainty. Attendees also heard from the Farmers Executive Leadership Team, participated in breakout sessions to hone their leadership skills, listened to our W.O.W. panel discussion, and partook in a silent auction benefiting the local Children’s Home. It was truly a jam-packed event.
